Words cannot express how grateful I am to both of you for the time you took with me in completing the set-up of a new user on our server.

Two weeks ago I worked on our server to add a new user and what I thought would be an easy job, turned out to be a nightmare for me.  After racking my brain (what there is left of it L) in trying to figure out why this new user was not being added into the Global Address Book, I decided to call Beechtek.  Both you and Mike worked with me in a calming and patient manner.  After working with both of you I realized that I would never have been able to complete this setup without you.

Should my supervisor ever ask me to try to do something on the server again, my reply will be, "Let's just save us time and frustration, and call the "Guys from Beechtek". 

Wes and Mike, thank you!  I sincerely appreciate your time and assistance in getting me through this frustrating ordeal.
