Software suport

• $60 first hour - one hour minimum
• $20 per 15 minutes (15 minutes increment billing) after initial 1st hour
• You can ship it and we will deduct the shipping cost off your bill! (please provide us with receipt) If you are not close by to the shop to deliver your laptop the standard cost is $35 or less - depending on where you ship from -
• We do free service diagnostic and system maintenance with your order as our way of saying thank you-
  • ($50 value)- Hard drive defragment, disk check, and spy-ware check)

Upgrades

What is Three way Shipping?

Our three way shipping option starts once a work order is created via our repair form. Once the work order is processed we ship a box to you. Once you receive the box inside will be instructions on how to package the laptop as well as a pre-printed return shipping label. So all you have to do is package the laptop adhere the shipping label and call or drop it off at any UPS drop off locations and its ready to go.

Terms of Warranty

Repair, Parts, and Labor warranty exclude future unrelated issues with the laptop.

Limited 120 day warranty on all repairs
           
Warranty covers all repairs regarding the original repair performed within a 120 day period, but excluding parts subjected to:
                        • Physical Abuse
                        • Environmental Damage
                        • Liquid Spills
                        • Attempted Repair by Others

Limited 120 day warranty on labor
           
Warranty covers all labor charges that are related to failure of the repaired component within a 120 day period, but excluding components subjected to:
                        • Physical Abuse
                        • Environmental Damage
                        • Liquid Spills
                        • Attempted Repair by Others

Limited 90 day warranty on parts
      
Warranty covers all parts for 90 days from date of receipt for purchase excluding damage caused to the parts by:
